1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of your item's delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or missing tags/labels.

Items not in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items purchased during final sale or clearance (as marked).
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at service@nexorivp.com within the 14-day window. Please provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) with all original contents. Please include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Buyer's Responsibility: For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or size/color exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost is determined by the carrier at the time of shipment.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon verification. The reimbursement amount will be based on the carrier's actual charge.
4. Refund Process (For Returns)

Inspection & Approval: Your return will be inspected upon receipt. The approval process typically takes 1-2 business days after we receive your package.

Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timing: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
5. Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges, please follow the return steps above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product.

Please note that exchange item availability is not guaranteed. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.

Standard shipping times (12-15 business days for delivery to the US) apply to all replacement shipments.
